1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Outfit of the Day (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jose Sentis ("we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Outfit of the Day is a personal fashion assistant that uses artificial intelligence to generate daily outfit suggestions. Core features include:

  • Wardrobe — upload and manage photos of your clothing items, with AI-powered analysis via Anthropic Claude.
  • References — upload inspiration images organised in folders; import images from public Pinterest boards.
  • Outfit generation — AI-powered outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe and references, saved to your calendar.
  • Calendar — track outfits by date and view your outfit history.
  • Background removal — automatically remove the background from clothing item photos using the Remove.bg API.
  • Push notifications — optional daily outfit reminders delivered via web push notifications.

The Service is provided "as is" and outfit suggestions are generated by an AI model; they are informational only and not professional fashion advice.

3. Account Registration

  • You may register with an email address and password, or via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our content: The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

AI-generated suggestions: Outfit suggestions generated by the AI are provided for your personal use. We make no claim of ownership over these suggestions.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of the Service implies acceptance of their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

  • Anthropic Claude API — generates outfit suggestions and analyses wardrobe items.
  • Remove.bg — removes backgrounds from clothing item images.
  • Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — optional authentication providers.
  • Pinterest — source of public board images imported into References.
  • Supabase — database and file storage provider.
  • Netlify — hosting provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.

The Service is provided without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Outfit suggestions are generated by an AI model and may not always be accurate or appropriate.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations, including the GDPR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
